This combination is a great mix of our Horseback tour and Waterfalls, and you will also drive your own Buggy and go deep in the paths, trails, rivers and lots of muddy roads in Costa Rica, located only 10 minutes from Jaco Beach and Los Suenos Resort. We have the best kept horses in the area- and once you get geared up and paired with your best friend for the next hours, it’s time to head for the mountains. You will ride for about 45 minutes to the top of the mountain, and then hike down to the waterfalls and natural swimming pools. Your guide will have cold water for you. You will have about 30 minutes to enjoy swimming in a totally natural environment, before we return to base, where we will greet you with fresh tropical fruits. Now it’s time to go off road on our 2 hours Jungle and River BUGGY adventure! This tour will give you a different perspective and views of the Jaco Beach area. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy - Right of Retraction Confirmed reservations will have a cancellation policy in the following terms: (1) Cancellations or changes in the reservations paid have a penalty of 30% of the total value of the package and will be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days after receipt of the request. (2) Cancellations or changes between 8 and 1 days before the departure date have a penalty of 100% of the total value of the package. (3) The air tickets of commercial airlines or charter flights included in the reservation are not refundable, in case of cancellation the flights will be in the name of the booking takers who may make use of the tickets in a period of 1 year, paying the penalties and rate changes to which it gives place at the time of being used. Refunds The reimbursement of the accommodation will be applied in accordance with the terms of the cancellation policies. Once the trip has begun, the services included in the plan and not used will not be refundable unless the cancellation is verified due to illness duly certified by the EPS or due to the death of the passenger. Alterations In the event of a strike, either before or during the trip, by one or more of the suppliers included in the trip, the organizer undertakes to take as many steps as are available to the benefit of the passengers affected by this type of situations. The Client undertakes to inform all the terms of this contract and the changes concerning the reservation to each of the group's passengers. Traveler's responsibility The responsibilities of the trip participants include: the selection of a trip suited to your interests and abilities determine that destinations and activities are appropriate for them determine that your health status and physical fitness to undertake the trip and activities are sufficient the acquisition of passports, visas and vaccines when necessary ensure adequate insurance coverage wear appropriate clothing and equipment ensure the safety of personal belongings that will take on the trip.
