If you want some guaranteed monkey business, then this is the tour for you! The Isla Damas (Ladies’ Island) Estuary is located just 10 minutes outside of Quepos (about 45 minutes from Jaco Beach). After meeting your guides, it’s just a short trip into the estuary where you will stroll by boat through the mangroves to see a plethora of exotic wildlife. Your bilingual guides will educate you on the Costa Rican mangrove eco-system while pointing out dozens of plants and animals along the way! The white-faced capuchin monkeys in this area have gotten so accustomed to humans that they are very likely to hop right into your boat for a proper meet and greet! This gives you the opportunity to get priceless photographs of wild monkeys up close while in their natural habitat. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy - Right of Retraction Confirmed reservations will have a cancellation policy in the following terms: (1) Cancellations or changes in the reservations paid have a penalty of 30% of the total value of the package and will be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days after receipt of the request. (2) Cancellations or changes between 8 and 1 days before the departure date have a penalty of 100% of the total value of the package. (3) The air tickets of commercial airlines or charter flights included in the reservation are not refundable, in case of cancellation the flights will be in the name of the booking takers who may make use of the tickets in a period of 1 year, paying the penalties and rate changes to which it gives place at the time of being used. Refunds The reimbursement of the accommodation will be applied in accordance with the terms of the cancellation policies. Once the trip has begun, the services included in the plan and not used will not be refundable unless the cancellation is verified due to illness duly certified by the EPS or due to the death of the passenger. Alterations In the event of a strike, either before or during the trip, by one or more of the suppliers included in the trip, the organizer undertakes to take as many steps as are available to the benefit of the passengers affected by this type of situations.
