Service Description
This 35' "Los Suenos Special Edition" CABO has been custom built for fishing the calm waters and tropical climate off Costa Rica's west coast. With the large opening of the front windows, a very welcoming, cool breeze can come across the express deck and bridge. The Cabo "express boat" design has lots of seating under the shaded canopy and allows a 360 degree view of the surrounding waters and cockpit (with fighting chair) so you won't miss any of the action of fighting that big Marlin or Sailfish, or while watching the many dolphins, sea turtles, and whales which are seen almost daily. These types of "express" boats are much preferred by professional fishermen over the "convertible" type boats because of the cool airflow and 360-degree view which is often blocked on boats where the design has the main cabin positioned above deck. Sweet Dreams operates with NEW (2017) twin, clean burning 450hp diesel 6CTA Cummins engines with a comfortable cruising speed of 22 knots. The extra wide beam makes this boat extremely stable, offering a smooth ride! We've recently installed all "NEW" State-of-the-Art Raymarine electronics on Sweet Dreams, which includes two high-resolution color HybridTouch Multi-Function Displays (MFD) providing crisp images, even in the bright sunlight. To compliment the MFD's and provide the crew with as much information as possible we've coupled them with the CP470 CHIRP and wide beam sonar sensor technology.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy - Right of Retraction Confirmed reservations will have a cancellation policy in the following terms: (1) Cancellations or changes in the reservations paid have a penalty of 30% of the total value of the package and will be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days after receipt of the request. (2) Cancellations or changes between 8 and 1 days before the departure date have a penalty of 100% of the total value of the package. (3) The air tickets of commercial airlines or charter flights included in the reservation are not refundable, in case of cancellation the flights will be in the name of the booking takers who may make use of the tickets in a period of 1 year, paying the penalties and rate changes to which it gives place at the time of being used. Refunds The reimbursement of the accommodation will be applied in accordance with the terms of the cancellation policies. Once the trip has begun, the services included in the plan and not used will not be refundable unless the cancellation is verified due to illness duly certified by the EPS or due to the death of the passenger. Alterations In the event of a strike, either before or during the trip, by one or more of the suppliers included in the trip, the organizer undertakes to take as many steps as are available to the benefit of the passengers affected by this type of situations. The Client undertakes to inform all the terms of this contract and the changes concerning the reservation to each of the group's passengers. The use of services of women or men accompanying (prostitution) is not tolerable within a trip with Linda Vista Tours the use of minors for this type of services is penalized by the authorities in Costa Rica and is an immediate cause for the expulsion of trip.
